Section 1 — Deposit Fee
A non-refundable deposit of $1,200 is paid to the Breeder to reserve your place in line for a Charlotte's Web of Chihuahuas puppy. When you pick your puppy, your deposit will be applied to the total price of the puppy. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and Apple Pay; any fees associated with these services are the responsibility of the buyer.
Section 2 — Non-Refundable
The deposit will not under any circumstance be refunded. If you have a situational life change that makes it so you can no longer get a dog, your deposit will not be refunded. If you decide to purchase a puppy from another breeder, your deposit will not be refunded. However, your deposit can be applied towards a different puppy or future litter from Charlotte's Web of Chihuahuas.
Section 3 — Pick Or Pass
After you have made your deposit, and any litter becomes available, you have the right to pick one or pass on any of the puppies in that litter that haven't already been picked by someone before you on the list. You will be contacted with prices, pictures, and videos of available puppies. You will have 8 business hours from the time you are contacted to make your choice to pick or pass. If you pass, you will maintain your current place in line.
Section 4 — Pick Up / Delivery
The Puppy is the sole responsibility of the buyer once the puppy is put in the possession of the flight nanny or transport personnel. Charlotte's Web of Chihuahuas can arrange delivery of your puppy for the price of travel, plus a nanny fee that gives your new puppy the one-on-one attention he/she needs for a happy and safe travel experience. Or we can connect you to a trusted and reputable puppy nanny service. Safety is always number 1.
Section 5 — Breeder Pick
The Breeder reserves the right to keep any puppy back for breeding purposes. The Breeder must be able to pick puppies that are breeding quality. We reserve the right to pick any puppy at any time.
Section 6 — Agreement To Terms
Please sign below if you are the person listed in this agreement. This agreement is considered executed once the deposit is paid to Charlotte's Web of Chihuahuas and this form is submitted. Please sign your name below to enter into a legally binding agreement with the Breeder, and agree to the terms in sections 1-6 of this agreement.
