Reach Out
Give us a call, send a text, or shoot us an email — we love chatting about our babies! We'll answer all your questions and help you figure out if a Charlotte's Web puppy is the right fit for your family.

Submit a Puppy Application
We ask every family to fill out a short application so we can get to know you a little better. There are no wrong answers — we just want to make sure each puppy goes to the home where they'll be happiest.

Find Your Match
Once you're approved we'll work together to find your perfect little love. Browse our available puppies and upcoming litters — and let us know if a color, size, or coat type is calling your name.

Reserve With a Deposit
A non-refundable deposit secures your puppy and is deducted from the total price. Deposits open once the litter turns two weeks old. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

Bring Baby Home
Puppies are ready to go home at approximately nine weeks old. Final payment is due at pickup or delivery. We can arrange a trusted flight nanny if you're not local — your baby will travel safe and loved.

Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve your puppy and is non-refundable — it is deducted from the total price at pickup.
We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Any fees associated with these services are the responsibility of the buyer.
